地铁隧道开挖是隧道施工的重要工序,超挖过多,不仅会因出渣量和衬砌量增多而提高工程造价,而且局部超挖会产生应力集中问题,影响围岩稳定性;而欠挖则直接影响衬砌厚度,对隧道质量及后期运营产生安全隐患。因此超欠挖控制是地铁隧道施工质量评定的重要内容之一,进行超欠挖控制的方法是使用测量仪器观测隧道断面若干个点,形成实际的开挖轮廓线,并在同一坐标系中与设计轮廓线进行比较,从而获取断面的超欠挖量和部位,及时指导下一步施工。
Subway tunnel excavation is an important process of tunnel construction. Excessive digging will not only increase the project cost due to the increase of slag discharge and lining volume, but also cause the stress concentration problem in partial over excavation, which will affect the stability of surrounding rock. It will directly affect the thickness of the lining, the safety of tunnel quality and post-operational risks. Therefore, over-under-excavation control is one of the important contents of subway tunnel construction quality assessment. The method of over-under-excavation control is to use measuring instruments to observe several points of the tunnel section to form the actual excavation contour line, and in the same coordinate system Design contour comparison, in order to obtain the cross-section of ultra-under-digging and parts, timely guidance for the next construction.
