随着我国干部人事制度改革的深入,竞争上岗已成为各级党政机关选人用人的重要方式。本次机构改革以来,国务院20多个部委局已有100多个司级职位、800多个处级职位实行了竞争上岗。那么,这场改革对机关干部意味着什么?他们对此有怎样的认识怎样的感受?他们是以何种心情参与这场改革?又是以何种态度对待这场改革的昵?带着这些问题,本刊记者采访了人事部机关的几位公务员。请看——
With the deepening of the reform of the cadre and personnel system in our country, the competition for posts has become an important way for party and government organs at all levels to choose and hire people.
