人才是第一资源,随着知识经济时代的到来,人才是企业竞争和发展的核心要素,也是企业兴衰成败的关键。适当的人才流动也是社会的必然,但人才的频繁流动却会对企业的战略发展起到不利的影响。目前我国航空运输业正处于高速发展的阶段,但也出现了技术型人员流动频率高,稳定性差等问题。而这些问题是亟需解决的,因此,探讨专业型员工流失问题背后的成因并做出相应的对策意义重大。
Talent is the number one resource. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, talent is the core element in the competition and development of enterprises. It is also the key to the success or failure of an enterprise. Appropriate talent flow is also a social necessity, but the frequent flow of talent will have an adverse impact on the strategic development of enterprises. At present, China’s air transport industry is in a stage of rapid development, but there are also problems such as high frequency and poor stability of technical personnel. However, these problems are urgently needed to be solved. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the causes behind the problem of professional staff turnover and make corresponding countermeasures.
