志愿服务即是人们自愿奉献出时间与精力,不追求物质回报的情况下,为促进社会进步而提供的服务。不管是日常生活中的乐于助人、危急关头的伸手援助,或者是奥运会志愿者、社区志愿者等,都能够体现出人类社会的人性光辉,充分体现出“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神。从文化人才队伍建设工作而言,在我国文化事业不断改革与发展的历程中,专业文化工作者是主力军,而文化志愿者则属于生力军,文化志愿者所带来的各种文化服务是促进文化建设的有效举措,也是推进我国文化大繁荣的科学思路。近年来社会经济的快速发展,广大人民群众更加普遍地享受到经济社会发展的成果,奉献社会、服务他人的意愿空前普遍和强烈,开展社会志愿服务的群众基础和社会资源越来越丰富。作为志愿服务的一个重要方面,文化志愿服务面临着极为难得的发展机遇。我认为:健全的人才队伍、完善的服务网络、科学的服务机制是文化志愿服务活动深入开展的重要保证。 Volunteer service is the service that people give their time and energy voluntarily, do not pursue material return and promote social progress. In terms of the work of building a contingent of cultural professionals, professional culture workers are the main force in the continuous reform and development of China’s cultural undertakings, while cultural volunteers belong to the new force. Various cultural services brought by cultural volunteers are promoted The effective measures for cultural construction are also the scientific ideas for promoting the great cultural prosperity of our country. In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, the masses of the general public have enjoyed the fruits of economic and social development more universally. The will to contribute to society and to serve others is unprecedentedly popular and intense. The mass foundation and social resources for carrying out social volunteerism have become more and more abundant. As an important aspect of volunteer service, cultural volunteer service faces extremely rare development opportunities. In my opinion, a sound team of qualified personnel, a sound service network and a scientific service mechanism are important guarantees for the further development of cultural volunteer service activities.
