近年来食用菌生产企业对栽培技术专业人才的需求日益增加,我们通过教学实践,在分析传统食用菌栽培学教学模式弊端的同时,对其进行改革创新,引入新的授课方式,加强实践基地的建设与优化,针对当下大学生普遍缺乏劳动锻炼,动手能力较差,被动接受知识的特点,指导学生自己设计、完成食用菌栽培学实验,使学生能够改变被动学习的习惯,从而提高他们顺利完成科学研究任务的效率和能力。同时结合市场需求,通过与企业合作等方式使科研工作更贴近市场需求,培养出既能迎合市场以及企业需求,也可投入科研创新的优秀人才。
