我国“一带一路”战略全面推进使得西部寒区公路隧道建设进入了新一轮快速发展期,但我国西北特殊的高海拔、低气温的恶劣自然环境使得隧道洞口设计面临一些不同于传统山岭地区洞口设计的新挑战。为此,以我国最长的寒区公路隧道——天山隧道为工程背景,首先阐述了天山高海拔寒区公路隧道洞口的不利地质问题,进而基于绿色交通和避免破坏天山脆弱生态环境的新理念,探讨了天山公路隧道洞口的选址原则、零开挖洞口设计和高寒隧道进洞工程对策,其研究经验和认识对寒区隧道洞口方案设计优化具有较好借鉴意义。
