目的探讨α-硫辛酸联合丹参注射液治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月至2015年12月大石桥市中心医院内分泌科收治的88例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组患者给予丹参注射液,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用α-硫辛酸进行治疗,比较两组患者肢体神经功能改善情况、日常活动能力及血糖控制效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的正中神经、腓总神经肢体运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和肢体感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的步行受损问卷(WIQ)评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸联合丹参注射液治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变患者效果显著,可有效改善患者肢体神经功能,提高日常活动能力,且血糖控制效果理想。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of α-lipoic acid combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods From March 2014 to December 2015, 88 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions admitted to Department of Endocrinology, Dashiqiao Central Hospital were enrolled in this study. According to the random number table, they were divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. Patients in the observation group were treated with α-lipoic acid on the basis of the control group. The improvement of limb nerve function, activities of daily activities and blood sugar control were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of the common superior nerve in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05 ); After treatment, the scores of walking impairment questionnaire (WIQ) in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05); After treatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and Glycosylated hemoglobin levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions α-lipoic acid combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions in patients with significant effect, can effectively improve the patient’s limb nerve function, improve daily activity, and blood glucose control effect is satisfactory.
