为观察 Tenascin( T N)在乳腺不典型增生癌变过程中的表达变化,采用 S P免疫组化染色法检测了 50 例不同乳腺组织中 T N 的表达情况。结果显示: 正常及Ⅰ级增生的乳腺组织中无 T N 表达,2 例Ⅱ级不典型增生的乳腺组织中有 T N 表达,Ⅲ级不典型增生及浸润性导管癌中 T N 表达阳性率分别为 80% 和 90% ,与Ⅱ级不典型增生相比明显增高( P< 0.01)。部分癌细胞胞浆中也有 T N 表达。本实验结果提示,重度不典型增生的乳腺组织间质中 T N 的表达可能起限制不典型增生细胞向外生长的作用。
To observe the expression of Tenascin (T N) during the carcinogenesis of breast dysplasia, the expression of T N in 50 cases of different breast tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that there was no T N expression in normal and grade Ⅰ hyperplastic breast tissues, and 2 cases of grade Ⅱ dysplastic breast tissues were T N, Ⅲ grade dysplasia and invasive TCC 80% and 90% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of grade Ⅱ dysplasia (P <0.01). Some cancer cells have cytoplasmic T N expression. The experimental results suggest that the expression of T N in the interstitium of severe atypical hyperplasia may play a role in limiting the outgrowth of atypical hyperplasia cells.
