目的考察大学生内隐成就动机的存在,分析和比较大学生内隐成就动机的差异。方法应用IAT测验测试了32名被试,从性别、文理、年级和学历角度研究大学生的内隐成就动机。结果①相容事件反应时比不相容事件反应时短,并达到了显著性水平(t=21.478,P=0.000);②大学生内隐成就动机在性别、文理上差异不显著(t=-0.936和-1.76,P=0.359和0.861);③大学生内隐成就动机在学历和年级上存在显著差异(t=-4.617和F=14.223,P=0.00)。结论内隐成就动机是客观存在的,在学历和年级上存在显著性差异。
Objective To investigate the existence of undergraduate implicit motivation, to analyze and compare the difference of undergraduate implicit motivation. Methods Using the IAT test, 32 subjects were tested and the implicit achievement motivation of college students was studied from the aspects of gender, liberal arts, grade and education. Results ① The reaction time of incompatible events was shorter and reached the significant level (t = 21.478, P = 0.000). ②The implicit motivation of undergraduates was not significantly different in genders and cultures (t = - 0.936 and -1.76, respectively, P = 0.359 and 0.861). The implicit motivation of undergraduates was significantly different in educational level and grade (t = -4.617 and F = 14.223, P = 0.00). Conclusion Implicit achievement motivation is objective, there are significant differences in academic qualifications and grade.
