使用五孔球探针对一种用于分离液固相的直筒型导叶直流式三相旋流器的气相流场进行了实验测定。得到了三个不同区域的速度和静压分布。发现了筒体中心存在强烈的内旋流 ,而且内旋流的轴向速度比外旋流轴向速度大一个数量级 ;内旋流在下行过程中不断汇入气体 ,轴向不断加速。排气管外环状区域以切向速度为主。轴向速度较小 ,只有小于总流量 13 %的气体进入排气管外环形空间下行反转
A five-hole ball probe was used to experimentally determine the gas flow field of a straight-vane direct-flow three-phase cyclone for separating liquid-solid phases. Three different regions were obtained for velocity and hydrostatic pressure distribution. It is found that there is a strong internal swirl in the center of the cylinder, and the axial velocity of the internal swirl is one order of magnitude greater than the axial velocity of the external swirl. The internal swirling current continuously pumped into the gas during the descending process, accelerating axially. Exhaust pipe outside the annular tangential velocity-based. Axial velocity is small, only less than 13% of the total flow of gas into the exhaust pipe outside the annular space down reverse
