钒(V)-H_2O_2-5-Br-PADAP三元络合物具有较高的灵敏度并已成功地用于矿石、钢及合金中钒(V)的测定。其摩尔吸光系数为5.8×10~4。二安替比林甲烷的芳香族衍生物对部分变价元素的测定有较高的灵敏度。由安替比林与肉桂醛缩合反应制得的二安替比林苯乙烯甲烷,已应用于铈、钒、钯的测定。文献[3]报导了在硫酸介质中用此试剂测定纯钒(V)溶液中钒的条件,ε_(550nm)为3.4×10~4。在本工作中,我们发现有锰(II)存在,钒(V)的ε_(550nm)由5.3×10~4增至1.5×10~5。根据这一性质,详细地研究了在锰(II)存在下测
Vanadium (V) -H 2 O 2 -5-Br-PADAP ternary complex has high sensitivity and has been successfully used in the determination of vanadium (V) in ores, steels and alloys. Its molar extinction coefficient of 5.8 × 10 ~ 4. Aromatic derivatives of diantipyrine methane have higher sensitivity to the determination of some of the reduced-price elements. Diantipyryl styrene methane produced by the condensation reaction of antipyrine with cinnamic aldehyde has been used in the determination of cerium, vanadium and palladium. The literature [3] reported the determination of vanadium in pure vanadium (V) solution using sulfuric acid medium with ε_ (550nm) of 3.4 × 10 ~ 4. In this work, we found that manganese (II) was present, and the ε5 (550nm) of vanadium (V) increased from 5.3 × 10-4 to 1.5 × 10-5. Based on this property, the presence of manganese (II) has been studied in detail
