对32 例过敏性哮喘患者、20 名正常对照者, 分别用ELISA、RT- PCR、细胞培养技术,探讨哮喘患者白细胞介素- 10(IL- 10) 的变化。结果发现, 哮喘患者血浆和细胞培养上清液的IL- 10 值比正常对照组明显降低( P< 0 .01) ,RT- PCR 也显示出正常对照组的扩增条带明显强于哮喘组。本研究说明, 哮喘患者外周血淋巴细胞的IL- 10 基因表达和血浆中IL- 10 水平均明显减少, 可能与哮喘的发生发展有关。
Twenty - two patients with allergic asthma and 20 normal controls were enrolled in this study. The changes of interleukin - 10 (IL - 10) in asthmatic patients were detected by ELISA, RT - PCR and cell culture respectively. The results showed that IL-10 levels in plasma and cell culture supernatant of asthmatic patients were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P <0.01), and RT-PCR also showed that the amplified bands in normal control group were significantly stronger than those in asthma group . This study shows that asthma patients with peripheral blood lymphocytes IL-10 gene expression and plasma IL-10 levels were significantly reduced, may be related to the occurrence and development of asthma.
