In the past ten years, all countries in the world have invested a great deal of manpower and material resources in the research of fuzzy control theory and applied technology. As a new engineering technology, fuzzy control has been widely used in Japan, Germany and the United States. The “fuzzy products” have been pouring into the social production and people’s daily life. The “fuzzy hot” in the world is in the ascendant. Our country also enjoys a high international status in the research of fuzzy theory and fuzzy control technology. In recent years, fuzzy control technology has become a shining new member in cutting-edge science and has quietly entered the homes of ordinary people and industrial fields. The word “fuzzy” seems to be contrary to the precision and refinement pursued by the natural sciences. In fact, the “fuzzy” control theory changes the thinking mode of the control method in the past and grasps the matter from a more macroscopic perspective
