分析了GCr15冲压模具零件在成型电阻片过程中的失效原因,并采用软氮化工艺对其表面进行了强化。采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、显微硬度计、氧化试验等表征了失效特征、氮化层组织结构及性能等。结果表明,氧化腐蚀是导致模具零件过早失效的重要原因,软氮化处理可以有效减轻模具零件表面的氧化腐蚀,延长模具零件的使用寿命。
The failure reason of GCr15 stamping mold parts in the process of forming the resistor was analyzed. The surface of the GCr15 stamping mold was strengthened by the soft nitriding process. The failure characteristics, microstructure and properties of nitride layer were characterized by OM, SEM, EDS, microhardness tester and oxidation test. The results show that oxidative corrosion is the main reason leading to premature failure of mold parts. Nitrocarburizing can effectively reduce the oxidation and corrosion on the surface of mold parts and prolong the service life of mold parts.
