目的建立气相色谱法同时测定乳油农药中哒螨灵和联苯菊酯成分的分析方法。方法采用气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器和DB-1701毛细管色谱柱,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标物,对试样中哒螨灵和联苯菊酯同时进行分离和检测,内标法定量。结果本方法在11 min内完成了乳油农药中哒螨灵和联苯菊酯的分离检测,标准偏差分别为0.03和0.02,变异系数分别为0.29%和0.99%,平均回收率分别为98.8%和100.3%,线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9994。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确、灵敏,可用于样品中的哒螨灵和联苯菊酯的有效分离。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of pyridaben and bifenthrin in EC by GC. Methods Pyridaben and bifenthrin were isolated and detected simultaneously by gas chromatography, hydrogen flame ionization detector and DB-1701 capillary column with dioctyl phthalate as internal standard. , Internal standard method. Results The method was successfully applied to the determination of pyridaben and bifenthrin in emulsifiable concentrate pesticides within 11 min with standard deviations of 0.03 and 0.02, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.29% and 0.99%, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.8% and 100.3%, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9996 and 0.9994 respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive and can be used for the effective separation of pyridaben and bifenthrin in the samples.
