100万能买到多少年的健康生活?这个在很多人看来不着边际的问题,事实上一直是各国卫生部门所面临的棘手难题,特别是那些医疗经费稀缺的发展中国家。日前,刚刚出版的《发展中国家疾病控制优先项目(第二版)》(简称 DCP2)给出了最新的答案。该书认为,同样的经费能够从死亡和伤残中挽救回来的人数,不仅仅取决于居民的健康状况,还取决于各国所采取的卫生干预手段,一些最有效的卫生保健方法往往很简单,也很便宜。
