采用CFRP,BFRP,GFRP 3种筋材对钢筋混凝土梁进行表层嵌入式(Near surface Mounted-NSM)加固。通过对比不同筋材加固后构件的荷载位移曲线、开裂模式、破坏模式来分析对比3种筋材的加固效果。试验结果表明,使用嵌入式方法加固可以有效地提高构件的抗弯承载力,构件的刚度和抗裂的基本性能也明显改善。其中嵌入CFRP筋材构件的承载力最高,其次是嵌入GFRP筋材,BFRP筋材构件。表层嵌贴FRP筋材加固钢筋混凝土梁具有良好的受力性能和较好的应用前景。
The CFRP, BFRP and GFRP reinforcement were used to reinforce the RC beams by Near Surface Mounted-NSM. By comparing the load-displacement curves, cracking modes and failure modes of the members reinforced with different bars, the reinforcement effect of the three kinds of bars is analyzed. The test results show that the use of embedded reinforcement method can effectively improve the flexural capacity of the component, the rigidity of the component and the basic performance of the crack is also significantly improved. Among them, CFRP tendons have the highest bearing capacity, followed by embedded GFRP tendons and BFRP tendons. Surface embedded FRP reinforcement bar reinforced concrete beam has good mechanical properties and good prospects.
