从人膀胱上皮癌细胞株T24的亚克隆株T24-8的无血清培养上清液经55%硫酸铵沉淀,再对无离子水透析,得到了有诱导LAK 细胞活性的粗提品。有此作用的因子称为LAK 细胞诱导因子(LAK-IF)。它的分子量为67KD,等电点为pH3.1~3.5。抗人IL-6单抗不能阻断LAK-IF 的作用。LAK-IF 粗提品经Mono-Q 柱快速蛋白液相层析见3个峰。第2峰蛋白质有LAK-IF 活性。
The serum-free supernatant of subclone T24-8 from human bladder epithelial carcinoma cell line T24 was precipitated with 55% ammonium sulfate and dialyzed against deionized water to obtain a crude extract that induced LAK cell activity. This effect of the factor known as LAK cell inducing factor (LAK-IF). Its molecular weight is 67KD, isoelectric point is pH3.1 ~ 3.5. Anti-human IL-6 mAb did not block the effect of LAK-IF. LAK-IF crude extracts were subjected to Mono-Q column flash chromatography and three peaks were observed. The second peak protein has LAK-IF activity.
