随着信息技术在航天伺服领域的广泛应用,伺服系统的核心控制设备——数字伺服系统控制器也得到快速发展,已从几种发展为十几种。这些快速发展的产品均具有高要求、高风险和小子样的特点,使用经典质量与可靠性工程技术方法难以满足航天产品高质量和高可靠性的研制需求。为解决这一问题,北京精密机电控制设备研究所开展了航天数字伺服系统控制器产品化设计研究与实践工作。
With the widespread application of information technology in aerospace servo field, the digital servo system controller, the core control device of servo system, has also been rapidly developed, and has been developed from several types to more than a dozen. These fast-growing products are characterized by high requirements, high risks and small samples. The use of classical quality and reliability engineering techniques can hardly meet the development needs of high quality and reliability aerospace products. In order to solve this problem, Beijing Institute of Precision Electrical and Mechanical Control Equipment carried out research and practice of product design of aerospace digital servo system controller.
