目的:应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),研究不同微量元素肥料(微肥)、不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理对金银花中7种有效成分含量的影响。方法:应用转换波长的高效液相色谱分析方法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为0.3%甲酸水溶液(A)和乙腈(B),进行梯度洗脱;流速1mL/min;采用VWD紫外检测器转换波长(330、350nm)检测;柱温为常温。结果:不同微肥、不同浓度MeJA处理能不同程度地影响金银花中各个成分或总成分含量。结论:不同微肥处理中,Fe处理可同时增加绿原酸、木犀草苷含量;不同浓度MeJA处理中,浓度为800、1 600μmol/L的MeJA可增加绿原酸及总成分含量。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different microelements fertilizers and different concentrations of MeJA on the content of seven active ingredients in honeysuckle (Honeysuckle) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: High performance liquid chromatography with converted wavelength was used. The column was Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.3% formic acid in water (A) and acetonitrile (B) ; Flow rate 1mL / min; using VWD UV detector wavelength (330,350nm) detection; column temperature at room temperature. Results: Different micronutrients and different concentrations of MeJA treatment could affect the content of each component or the total content of honeysuckle in different degrees. Conclusion: Fe treatment can increase the content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in different micronutrient treatments. MeJA at 800 and 600 μmol / L with different concentrations of MeJA can increase the contents of chlorogenic acid and total components.
