目的对云南临沧产火把花二萜化学成分进行系统研究。方法利用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并根据理化常数和光谱解析鉴定各化合物结构。结果从临沧火把花根部乙醇提取物醋酸乙酯部分分离得到9个二萜化合物,分别鉴定为雷公藤内酯醇(triptolide,1)、对醌21(quinone 21,2)、雷酚萜醇(triptonoterpenol,3)、雷酚内酯(triptophenolide,4)、雷公藤痛定(山海棠二萜内酯B,tripterfordin,5)、雷公藤对醌A(triptoquinone A,6)、雷公藤对醌B(triptoquinone B,7)、雷公藤宁B(triptinin-B,8)、雷酚萜H(triptobenzene H,9)。结论临沧火把花与全国其他产地的雷公藤含有相似的二萜类化合物,可作为新的药源。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of flower diterpenoid in Lincang, Yunnan Province. Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Nine diterpene compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Lincang torch and identified as triptolide (1), quinone 21 (2), and erythritol ( triptonoterpenol, 3), triptophenolide (4), triptolide (Tripterfordin 5), triptoquinone A (6) triptoquinone B (7), triptinin-B (8), triptobenzene H (9). Conclusions Lincang Torch Flower can be used as a new drug source because it contains similar diterpenoids to Tripterygium wilfordii in other areas of the country.
