脐带血富含造血干细胞,并具有免疫原性低,无肿瘤细胞污染,来源广泛,获取容易等优点,使得脐血成为骨髓及外周血造血干细胞的极佳替代来源。但是单份脐带血所含有的造血干祖细胞(HSPC)数不足以满足成人移植的需要,在体外对脐血造血干祖细胞进行体外扩增有望解决这一难题,并成为近年来研究的热点。本文就脐血造血干祖细胞的生物学特点及扩增研究的进展进行综述。
Umbilical cord blood is rich in hematopoietic stem cells and has the advantages of low immunogenicity, no tumor cell contamination, wide source, easy access and the like, making cord blood an excellent alternative source for bone marrow and peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells. However, the number of hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells (HSPCs) contained in a single cord blood is not enough to meet the needs of adult transplants. In vitro expansion of cord blood hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells is expected to solve this problem and become a hot topic in recent years. . This article reviews the biological characteristics of umbilical cord blood hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and the progress of amplification studies.
