白介素-6(IL-6)能诱导B细胞成熟为抗体合成细胞,刺激急相蛋白(acute phase proteins)的产生;同时对造血活动有重要作用,包括刺激早期造血和巨核细胞成熟.有人已证明重组人白介素-6(rhIL-6)在鼠类可诱导血小板增多,为此,作者研究了不同剂量rhIl-6在灵长类(猴)的体内作用.方法是皮下注射,每日二次,共14天.结果注射rhIL-6后,血细胞计数呈剂量依赖型变化.改变最明显的是血小板逐渐增多,开始于第7天左右并持续整个注射过程.当剂量≥20μg/kg/d
Interleukin-6 (IL-6) induces the maturation of B cells into antibody-synthesizing cells and stimulates the production of acute phase proteins, as well as plays an important role in hematopoiesis, including stimulation of early hematopoiesis and megakaryocyte maturation.
