我国食品添加剂发展很快,至1989年,我国允许使用的食品添加剂有892种,其中香料697种,甜味剂、防腐剂、酸味剂等17类195种,另有营养强化剂11种。在1990年全国食品添加剂标准化技术委员会的年会上又通过食品添加剂20种,香料12种,胶姆糖胶基物质20种,推荐食品用加工助剂100种,扩大使用范围的食品添加剂有62种,说明我国食品添加剂的开发、生产、应用日益发展。但据FAO/WHO1983年对世界各国报道的食品添加剂进行安全性评价,属A类(即制订日许量和不许制订日许量的品种)有410种(其中香料45种);属B
China’s food additives developed rapidly. By 1989, there were 892 kinds of food additives allowed in China, including 697 kinds of spices, 195 kinds of 17 kinds of sweeteners, preservatives and sour agents, and 11 kinds of nutrition intensifiers. In 1990 the National Food Additives Standardization Technical Committee’s annual meeting and adopted 20 kinds of food additives, 12 kinds of spices, gum gum base material 20 species, recommended food processing aids 100, to expand the use of food additives 62 Species, indicating China’s food additives development, production, application of growing.
