依据联通器的工作原理,使用时间控制器控制、可逆电机和采用适当的机械传动系统,实现了浸泡和干燥交替进行。采用阶梯加载的拉伸应力状态,把交替浸渍的应力腐蚀从恒应变的恒载荷方式扩展到变载荷方式,提出了一种新的应力腐蚀试验方法,该方法具有试验过程自动控制,运行安全可靠,试验结果重复性好,系统偏差小,节省试验试样和试验时间等优点。试验结果证明,使用这种试验方法可以快速准确地得到一种材料的相对应力腐蚀性能,开辟了应力腐蚀试验的新领域。
According to the working principle of the manifold, the use of time controller control, reversible motor and the use of appropriate mechanical transmission system, soaking and drying alternately. A new stress corrosion testing method is proposed by using the tensile stress state of stepped loading and the stress corrosion of alternating impregnation from a constant-strain constant load mode to a variable load mode. The method has the advantages of automatic control of the test process, safe and reliable operation , Good repeatability of test results, small system deviations, saving test samples and test time. The test results show that using this test method can quickly and accurately obtain the relative stress corrosion resistance of a material and open up a new field of stress corrosion testing.
