目的:了解军校学员在不同时期的心理健康水平,以加强教育管理和培养合格的人才。方法:对该校96年级全体本科学员,于1996年,1997年,1998年各用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行一次调查。结果:入学不久的调查除躯体化症状外,其它各项指标均优于随后两次调查。其中以1997年调查筛检出阳性项目症状人数最多,以强迫症状、人际关系紧张、敌对情绪、忧郁和偏执等因子阳性者最为突出。结果:军校大学生入学后,由于军校生活中的各种压力,在第一学年末,筛检出多种阳性心理症状。随后由于队干部的教育及自我调整,学员的心理健康状况得以好转。提示教育管理工作者通过了解学生的心理健康状况,并适时地对他们进行教育,有利于学员的健康成长。
Objective: To understand the mental health of military cadets in different periods, in order to strengthen education management and cultivate qualified personnel. Methods: All 96th grade undergraduates in this school conducted a survey using Self - rating Symptom Inventory (SCL - 90) in 1996, 1997 and 1998 respectively. Results: Shortly after admission, all other indicators were better than the other two surveys except somatization. Among them, the number of positive items screened by the 1997 survey was the largest, and those with positive symptoms such as obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal tension, hostility, depression and paranoid were the most prominent. Results: After entering military schools, due to various pressures in military life, many positive psychological symptoms were screened at the end of the first school year. Subsequently, thanks to the education and self-adjustment of team cadres, the mental health status of trainees has been improved. It is suggested that education management workers can understand the students ’mental health and educate them in a timely manner, which is good for the students’ healthy growth.
