沙门菌的耐药性机制研究进展

自上世纪末期沙门菌耐药菌株的逐渐增多,特别是多重耐药菌株的出现,给沙门菌病治疗带来了极大困难,成为公共健康的一大威胁。目前关于沙门菌耐药性机制,国内外已有较多研究报道,主要集中于以下几个方面:①拓扑异构酶基因的突变;②抗菌药物摄取或累积量降低;③可转移遗传元件介导的耐药性机制;④质粒介导的喹诺酮类药物耐药性(Plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance,PMQR)。本文着重综述上述几种沙门菌耐药性机制研究进展。 The gradual increase of Salmonella-resistant strains since the late last century, especially the emergence of multiple drug-resistant strains, has brought tremendous difficulties in the treatment of Salmonella, which has become a major threat to public health. Currently on the mechanism of drug resistance in Salmonella, more studies have been reported at home and abroad, mainly in the following aspects: ① mutations of topoisomerase gene; ② antimicrobial drug intake or accumulation decreased; ③ transferable genetic elements mediated Guided drug resistance mechanism; ④ plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance (Plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance, PMQR). This article focuses on the above research progress in the mechanisms of Salmonella resistance.
