目的 研究原发性骨质疏松患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和肾上腺髓质素(ADM)含量的变化。方法 应用放射免疫方法测定 75例 34~ 70岁的绝经后女性腰背痛患者血浆CGRP和ADM含量。并应用双能X射线吸收法测定其腰椎正位、髋部骨密度 ,按WHO标准分成正常骨密度组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组 3组。结果 腰椎正位骨质疏松组患者血浆CGRP和ADM含量分别为 37ng/L± 7ng/L和 5 0ng/L± 11ng/L ,骨量减少组为 38ng/L± 7ng/L和 49ng/L± 11ng/L ,正常骨密度组为 2 9ng/L± 6ng/L和 38ng/L± 8ng/L(F =5 6 0或 9 6 0 ,P <0 0 5或 0 0 1) ,Ward三角和髋部骨质疏松组患者血浆ADM含量分别为 49ng/L± 11ng/L和 49ng/L± 13ng/L(该部位正常骨密度组ADM含量为 37ng/L± 7ng/L和 38ng/L± 6ng/L ,F =5 43和 4 6 6 ,P值均 <0 0 5 )。结论 原发性骨质疏松患者血浆的CGRP和ADM含量较高 ,两者可能与骨质疏松的发病有关
Objective To study the changes of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and adrenomedullin (ADM) in patients with primary osteoporosis. Methods The levels of plasma CGRP and ADM in 75 cases of postmenopausal women with low back pain from 34 to 70 years old were measured by radioimmunoassay. The lumbar spine and hip BMD were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry and divided into three groups: normal BMD group, osteopenia group and osteoporosis group according to WHO standard. Results The plasma levels of CGRP and ADM were 37ng / L ± 7ng / L and 50ng / L ± 11ng / L respectively in the lumbar spine osteoporosis group and 38ng / L ± 7ng / L and 49ng / L ± 11ng / L, 29ng / L ± 6ng / L and 38ng / L ± 8ng / L in normal BMD group (F = 506 or 9600, P <0.05 or 0.01) The plasma levels of ADM in the hip osteoporosis group were 49 ng / L ± 11 ng / L and 49 ng / L ± 13 ng / L, respectively. The ADM content in the normal BMD group was 37 ng / L ± 7 ng / L and 38 ng / L ± 6 ng / L, F = 5 43 and 466, all P <0 05). Conclusion The plasma levels of CGRP and ADM are higher in patients with primary osteoporosis, both of which may be related to the pathogenesis of osteoporosis
