针对化学、生物实验室等易产生有害气体的空间,设计了基于Modbus总线的室内通风监控系统。该系统由下位机排风控制器、补风控制器与上位机监控中心组成,可实现对多个通风柜集中远程控制与监测。硬件电路以LPC2138为核心控制芯片,由风速传感器、通风柜窗开度位移传感器、人体传感器等电路组成,采用RS485模块构建基于Modbus的通信网络。试验表明,该系统成本低,稳定性好,可实现远程监控,具有较高的实用价值。
For chemical, biological laboratories and other easy to produce harmful gases space, designed based on the Modbus bus indoor ventilation monitoring system. The system consists of lower crew exhaust controller, fill the wind controller and host computer monitoring center, enabling centralized remote control and monitoring of multiple fume hood. Hardware circuit to LPC2138 as the core control chip, the wind speed sensor, fume hood window displacement sensor, the human sensor circuit, the use of RS485 module to build Modbus-based communication network. Experiments show that the system has low cost, good stability and long-distance monitoring, which has high practical value.
