本文介绍在深度分别为440米和640米的断层带巷道进行的支护试验和矿压观测工作。采用了一种新型支护方法——29号U型钢圆形可缩性支架与喷射凝土联合支护,成功地穿过了总长为347米的断层破碎带,取得了良好的技术经济效果;进行了岩石矿物成分、水理性质和力学性质以及围岩与支架的变形和压力观测,提出了松软破碎岩层条件下的巷道支护原理,并对新的联合支护方法的可靠性进行了分析。
This article describes the support tests and pressure observations at fault zones with depths of 440 and 640 meters respectively. A new type of supporting method, a 29 U-shaped circular steel shrinkable scaffolding combined with shotcrete and concrete, successfully passed the fault rupture belt with a total length of 347 meters and achieved good technical and economical results. The rock mineral composition, hydraulic properties and mechanical properties as well as the deformation and pressure observation of the surrounding rock and support were carried out. The principle of roadway support under the condition of soft and broken rock was proposed and the reliability of the new combined support method was analyzed .
