在柳州枢纽施工改造过程中,通过对施工总体安排、铁路局运输组织、当地征地拆迁进度的深入探讨及分析,采取了先行停用既有车站中部股道,后对既有正线进行过渡的施工方案。在对铁路局运能影响最小的情况下,为新建车站股道创造了条件;从而达到站场改造与铁路局运能兼顾的双向共赢。
