本文提出了机构弹性动力分析中不等间距的时间离散化思想和“计算转角”的概念;并根据机构的特有性质提出了以“计算转角”做为离散时间变量的指标,给出了一种新的时间离散化方法,改善了目前国内、外机构学者们采用的等间距时间离散化方法。此外,笔者将不等间距时间离散化方法与数据插值方法相结合,进行了机构的准静态分析与运动弹性体动力分析,使计算工作量分别减少了75%和50%左右。
In this paper, we put forward the idea of time discretization with unequal spacing and the concept of “calculating turning angle” in the mechanism dynamic elasticity analysis. According to the unique properties of the mechanism, we put forward a method of “calculating turning angle” as a discrete time variable, The new method of discretization of time improves the method of time discretization at equal intervals adopted by scholars at home and abroad. In addition, combining the discretization method of unequal interval time and data interpolation method, the author carried out the quasi-static analysis of the mechanism and dynamic analysis of sports elastic body, which reduced the calculation workload by 75% and 50% respectively.
