西红花(crocus)主产西班牙,由于西红花价格昂贵,历来有掺伪、掺杂现象。本文就进口西红花商品中出现甜味,进行含糖的定性、定量检测。结果证实:西红花虽味苦,但也含有一定的糖份;出现甜味的进口西红花则含糖价较高(按葡萄糖计)约21.49%。此可供有关部门参考。至于商品西红花中糖份的正常含量应是多少,以及含糖的原因值得再探讨。 The crocus is mainly produced in Spain. Due to the high price of saffron, there has been a history of adulteration and adulteration. In this article, the sweetness of imported saffron products is used for qualitative and quantitative detection of sugar content. The results confirmed that although the saffron was bitter, it also contained a certain amount of sugar; the imported saffron that had a sweet taste had a high sugar content (by glucose) of about 21.49%.
