油田生产活动中离不开注水工程,注水工程的耗电量占到油田生产总耗电量的40%左右,是节能生产的重点改造环节。笔者经过研究分析,在本文中主要介绍几种常用的节能技术,如变频节能技术、注水系统管网优化技术、仿真系统优化技术,并对活动洗井技术、前置泵调参技术等新技术进行了简单的介绍,将其技术原理、应用特点与存在的局限性等进行了对比分析。通过本文的分析研究,笔者旨在引起油田生产部门对节能技术的关注,加大研究力度,不断改进现有的高耗能设备和技术工艺,为实现节能生产做出更多的努力。
Oilfield production activities can not be separated from water projects, water projects account for about 40% of the total power consumption of oil production, energy-saving production is the key transformation links. After the research and analysis, this paper mainly introduces several commonly used energy-saving technologies, such as frequency conversion energy-saving technology, water pipe network optimization technology, simulation system optimization technology, and the activities of well washing technology, A brief introduction is given, and its technical principle, application characteristics and existing limitations are compared and analyzed. Through the analysis and research of this paper, the author aims to arouse the attention of oilfield production department to energy-saving technologies, increase research efforts, continuously improve the existing energy-intensive equipment and technology, and make more efforts to achieve energy-saving production.
