采用液态淬火技术制备了各种含 Al 量的体心立方结构的 Nb—Al 合金。用 X 射线衍射仪以及金相,显微硬度等实验方法研完了休心立方结构在不同的热处理制度下向 A—15型结构的转变。获得了 A—15型 Nb_3Al 优先在晶界生成的证据。含 Al 量为20.6at%的淬火合金经900℃,48小时热处理,样品全部转变成 A—15型 Nb_3Al开始超导转变温度接近18K。根据对样品加工性能等因素的研究,讨论了用液态淬火方法使 A—15型 Nb_3Al 成材的可能性。
A variety of body-centered cubic Nb-Al alloys with Al content were prepared by liquid quenching technology. X-ray diffraction and metallographic, microhardness and other experimental methods finished Hu Xin-cubic structure under different heat treatment system to the A-15-type structure changes. The evidence of the preferential formation of A13-type Nb3Al in the grain boundaries was obtained. The quenched alloy containing 20.6at% Al was heat-treated at 900 ℃ for 48 hours, all the samples were transformed into A-15 type Nb3Al and the superconducting transition temperature was close to 18K. According to the research on the processing properties of the sample, the possibility of forming the A-15 type Nb3Al alloy by liquid quenching is discussed.
