酒花一般是用种子繁殖的。但酒花种子是瘦果,种皮坚实,一般很难发芽。国内有关研究机关和生产单位曾进行了温汤浸种、冷水浸泡和室内催芽及露地直播等不同方法发芽试验,发芽率都很低,仅为2～15%。为了提高酒花种子的发芽力,笔者通过1—5℃的低温处理和结合光照的变温试验,已使种子的萌发率提高到80%以上,现将试验结果报道如下。 Hops are usually bred with seeds. However, hops seeds are achene, seed coat solid, generally difficult to germinate. Relevant domestic research institutes and production units have carried out germination tests with different methods such as soaking seeds in hot broth, soaking in cold water, and germination in and out of fields. The germination rate is very low, only 2-15%. In order to improve the germination of hops, the author through the low temperature treatment 1-5 ℃ and combined with light temperature change test, the seed germination rate has been increased to more than 80%, the test results are reported below.
