本文通过对起重机驾驶员进行量化评价,了解起重机驾驶员的安全行为能力状况,以期降低操作过程可能的事故发生概率。根据驾驶员的职业特点和行为要求,将起重机驾驶员的行为能力分为4个一级指标,12个二级指标。并用层次分析法确定出指标的权重,模糊综合分析法确定出指标的隶属关系,建立起重机驾驶员的安全行为能力研究模型。案例评价结果显示,事故直接原因是起重机驾驶员违章操作,在机器发生超载报警情况下,没有及时采取补救的方法。
In this paper, the crane driver to conduct a quantitative evaluation of crane drivers to understand the safety behavior of the state, with a view to reducing the probability of possible accidents during operation. According to the driver’s professional characteristics and behavior requirements, the crane driver’s behavior is divided into four first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of the index. Fuzzy comprehensive analysis is used to determine the membership of the index, and a research model of the safety behavior of the heavy machine driver is established. Case evaluation results show that the direct cause of the accident is the crane driver illegal operation, in the case of overload alarm machine, there is no timely remedial approach.
