目的分析四川省农村市场预包装食品能量及产能营养素含量。方法在2014年7-8月间,采用简单随机抽样方法抽取在四川省随机抽取4个市(县),在其某乡镇上随机抽取1个小型超市和1个便利店,对营养标签信息进行拍照,采集农村市场预包装食品的能量及产能营养素的含量及NRV%,并对食品进行分级;采集市售价格,并计算最小份价格。结果本次共调查了10类275种食品,能量为1 466(290~2 018)k J/100 g,碳水化合物为36.3(8.3~60.5)g/100g,脂肪为9.3(1.3~22.5)g/100 g,蛋白质为5.2(1.0~9.5)g/100 g。中高能量、碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质含量的食品分别占97.5%(268/275)、92.7%(255/275)、70.2%(193/275)、65.5%(180/275),且最小份价格低于5元的食品多于5元及以上的食品。结论四川省农村中高能量、碳水化合物、脂肪预包装食品为儿童青少年构建了一个有购买力的较高能量食品环境,可能增加儿童青少年患超重和肥胖的风险。
Objective To analyze the energy and nutrient content of prepackaged food in rural areas of Sichuan province. Methods From July to August 2014, a random sample of four cities (counties) was randomly selected in Sichuan Province, and a small supermarket and a convenience store were randomly selected in a certain township. Conclusions High energy, carbohydrates, and pre-packaged foods in rural areas of Sichuan Province have created a more energy-rich food environment for children and adolescents that may increase the risk of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents.
