模拟国内某大型钢铁厂高炉中钾循环富集的实际情况,使用垂直电阻炉完成烧结矿对单质钾的气相吸附,得到的富钾烧结矿用于吸附分析以及冶金性能的实验检测。结果表明:随着烧结矿中富集钾含量的增加,烧结矿还原度从73.1%增加至81.3%;钾的存在会使还原粉化指数RDI+3.15降低,但随着钾含量在0.10%~0.18%继续增加时,RDI+3.15又逐渐升高;富钾后的烧结矿其软化开始温度降低,软熔温度区间变宽。
Simulating the actual situation of potassium cycle enrichment in blast furnace of a large steel plant in China, the vertical resistance furnace was used to complete the gas phase adsorption of elemental potassium in sinter. The obtained potassium-rich sinter was used for adsorption analysis and experimental testing of metallurgical properties. The results show that the degree of reduction of sinter increases from 73.1% to 81.3% with the increase of potassium concentration in sinter. The reduction of RDI + 3.15 with the presence of potassium decreases with the increase of potassium content from 0.10% 0.18% continue to increase, RDI +3.15 and then gradually increased; potassium-rich sinter softening began to reduce the temperature, broadening the reflow temperature range.
