目的:从化橘红GAP基地土壤中分离、鉴定绿僵菌,为进一步利用绿僵菌防治化橘红害虫奠定基础。方法:采用黄粉虫诱集法从40份土壤样品中诱集、分离绿僵菌,通过形态特征和ITS序列比对鉴定其种类。结果:从化橘红GAP基地土壤中共分离出18个绿僵菌菌株,经鉴定均为金龟子绿僵菌小孢变种Metarhizium anisopliae var.anisoplia。结论:化橘红GAP基地环境适于金龟子绿僵菌小孢变种生存,土壤中拥有丰富的绿僵菌资源,这为进一步利用绿僵菌防治化橘红害虫奠定基础。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify Metarhizium anisopliae from the soil of orange GAP base, which will lay the foundation for the further utilization of Metarhizium anisopliae to control orange pests. Methods: Metarhizium anisopliae was isolated from 40 soil samples by using Tenebrio trap method. The species of M. anisopliae were identified by morphological characteristics and ITS sequence alignment. Results: A total of 18 strains of Metarhizium anisopliae were isolated from the soils of citrus red GAP soils. Metarhizium anisopliae var. Anisis was identified as Metarhizium anisopliae var. Anisoplia. CONCLUSION: The environment of Citrus grandiflora GAP is suitable for the survival of Metarhizium anisopliae and the rich resources of Metarhizium in the soil, which lays the foundation for the further use of Metarhizium.
