测定钢结硬质合金的过冷奥氏体等温转变曲线(以下简称TTT曲线),可以了解过冷奥氏体的转变规律及合理地制订热处理工艺。目前已有Ferro-TiC、C、CM,SK和GJW50等钢结硬质合金的TTT曲线,而WC50CrMo钢结硬质合金的TTT曲线至今尚未见到报道。本文借助测定WC50CrMo钢结硬质合金的TTT曲线,分析其组织转变特点,以期为制订该合金的热处理工艺提供依据。
The determination of the overcooled austenite isothermal transformation curve (hereinafter referred to as TTT curve) of the cemented carbide can be used to understand the transformation rules of the undercooled austenite and to formulate a reasonable heat treatment process. At present, the TTT curves of ferritic cemented carbide such as Ferro-TiC, C, CM, SK and GJW50 have been reported. However, the TTT curves of WC50CrMo cemented carbide have not been reported yet. In this paper, with the help of the determination of the TTT curve of WC50CrMo steel-bonded cemented carbide, the microstructure and transformation characteristics of the alloy were analyzed in order to provide the basis for the preparation of the heat treatment process.
