荧光示踪细胞的方法有2种:一种是荧光染料给细胞染色,如CM-DiI、BrdU、DAPI、Hochest等。染料能直接标记细胞,但是对于增殖细胞来讲,因染料不是基因依赖,不能遗传给子细胞,因此随着细胞增殖,被标记的细胞会越来越少,只能用于短时间观察。另一种是通过载体转染荧光素酶/蛋白基因到目的细胞,如荧光素酶(luciferase,Luc)基因、β-半乳糖苷酶基因(β-galactosidas,由大肠杆菌LacZ基因
There are two methods of fluorescence tracing cells: one is staining the cells with fluorescent dyes, such as CM-DiI, BrdU, DAPI, Hochest and so on. Dyes can label cells directly, but for proliferating cells, because the dye is not genetically dependent and can not be passed on to daughter cells, fewer and fewer cells are labeled as the cells proliferate and can only be used for short-term observations. The other is vector-transfected luciferase / protein genes into cells of interest, such as the luciferase (Luc) gene, the beta-galactosidas gene (produced by the E. coli LacZ gene
