本文报道采用MGd_1胃癌单克隆抗体作ABC染色检测胃癌及萎缩性胃炎等。61例胃癌中,54例阳性,阳性率89％,22例萎缩性胃炎,1例阳性,11例胃局部淋巴结转移性胃癌,全部阳性,5例正常胃粘膜全为阴性。结果表用:MGd_1胃癌单克隆抗体对胃癌有很高的特异性,可用于病理诊断。并发现胃癌的分化程度、浸润及转移能力与胃癌细胞内的相应抗原多少密切相关。
This article reported the use of MGd_1 gastric cancer monoclonal antibody for ABC staining to detect gastric cancer and atrophic gastritis. In 61 cases of gastric cancer, 54 cases were positive, positive rate was 89%, 22 cases of atrophic gastritis, 1 case of positive, 11 cases of gastric metastatic gastric cancer, all positive, 5 cases of normal gastric mucosa were all negative. The results of the use of: MGd_1 gastric cancer monoclonal antibody has high specificity for gastric cancer, can be used for pathological diagnosis. And found that the degree of differentiation, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer is closely related to the number of corresponding antigens in gastric cancer cells.
