“深化转职能、转方式、转作风,用铁的纪律打造纪检监察队伍。”这是十八届中央纪委三次全会一项十分重要的部署,既对人民银行各级分支机构加强纪检监察工作提出了新的要求,也为纪检监察干部队伍自身建设指明了新的方向。但是,从近两年来基层人民银行在推进纪检监察“三转”工作的实践中发现,在落实“三转”要求,聚焦监督执纪问责主业的同时,还存在一些困难和问题,需要引起高度关注。为此,本文结合基层纪检监察“三转”工作现状,谈几点个人看法。
