采用双层聚四氟乙烯密闭容器 ,以HNO3 HClO4为溶解试剂 ,CaO为外层吸附剂 ,微波消解香菇及黑木耳试样。在草酸介质中 ,当有少量高氯酸存在时 ,锗 (Ⅳ ) 苏木精 钒 (Ⅳ )体系可产生一灵敏的吸附催化波 ,峰电位在 - 0 5 9V(vs.SCE)处。锗浓度在 0ng~ 30 0ng/2 5mL范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 4 5ng/2 5mL ,适宜于香菇和黑木耳中痕量锗的测定。
A double-layer polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) airtight container was used with HNO3 HClO4 as dissolution reagent, CaO as the outer layer adsorbent, microwave digestion of mushrooms and black fungus samples. In oxalic acid medium, when a small amount of perchloric acid is present, the vanadium (Ⅳ) system of germanium (Ⅳ) hematite can produce a sensitive adsorption catalytic wave with a peak potential of -0.59V (vs.SCE). The concentration of germanium showed a good linear relationship with the peak current in the range of 0ng ~ 30 0ng / 2mL with a detection limit of 45ng / 25mL, which was suitable for the determination of trace germanium in shiitake mushrooms and black fungus.
