当前,由美国次贷危机所引发的世界性金融危机已经波及许多国家和地区。鉴于这次危机目前还在蔓延中,它将持续多久?还将对哪些部门造成影响?各国如何应对危机?而这一切将如何影响世界体系和国际关系格局的变化?都是我们十分关注的。继上期三位学者回顾和总结了美、英、法三国在20世纪30年代大危机时期的经验教训后,本期再刊发四篇文章,分别论述大危机对拉美地区、日本、德国经济、政治和社会生活的影响,以及当前世界性金融危机对我们的启示。我们希望对国外历史经验教训的总结,有助于我们对当前金融危机的观察与思考,进一步坚信中国特色社会主义的生命力,坚定走中国特色社会主义的信心和决心。 At present, the world financial crisis triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis has spread to many countries and regions. In view of the fact that the current crisis is still spreading, how long will it last, what sectors will be affected, how will countries deal with the crisis and how all this will affect the changes in the world system and in the relations among nations? All of our concerns are drawn. Following the previous three scholars reviewed and summarized the experiences and lessons of the United States, Britain and France during the great crisis of the 1930s, this issue has re-published four articles, respectively, on the crisis in Latin America, Japan, Germany, economy, Political and social life, as well as the current global financial crisis to our enlightenment. We hope that the summary of experiences and lessons learned from other countries will help us to observe and think about the current financial crisis, firmly believe in the vitality of socialism with Chinese characteristics and firmly follow the confidence and determination of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
