目的:研究益阴消渴滴丸中葛根素体外溶出度。方法:采用转蓝法,水为溶出介质,转速100 r·min-1。以葛根素为指标,考察滴丸在不同时间的累积溶出度,同时与原剂型益阴消渴胶囊比较。结果:葛根素在88.4~2 210μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),滴丸中葛根素在10 min时累积溶出率达到88.47%,胶囊剂10 min时累积溶出率仅为0.25%,120 min时为87.43%。结论:益阴消渴滴丸可提高难溶性有效成分葛根素的溶出度。
Objective: To study the dissolution of puerarin in Yiyin Xiaoke Diwan. Methods: The method of turn blue, water as dissolution medium, speed 100 r · min-1. Taking puerarin as index, the cumulative dissolution rate of dropping pills at different time was investigated, and compared with the original dosage form yin yin xiao thirst capsule. Results: There was a good linear relationship between puerarin and peak area at 88.4-2 210μg (r = 0.999 9). The cumulative dissolution rate of puerarin in the dropping pills reached 88.47% at 10 min. The cumulative dissolution rate of puerarin at 10 min was 0.25% and 87.43% at 120 min. Conclusion: Yiyin Xiaoke Dripping Pills can improve the dissolution of the puerarin, which is the insoluble active ingredient.
