直面新经济,社会的发展、科技的进步、政策的变动和与竞争对手的关系等,部分企业的管理往往有些措手不及。本文即是从人力资源管理创新问题出发,根据国内外的创新管理概况,找出我国企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,从而尝试着提出了企业人力资源管理创新的策略和措施。
Faced with the new economy, social development, technological progress, policy changes and the relationship with competitors, some of the management of enterprises are often caught by surprise. This article starts from the innovation of human resources management and finds out the problems existing in the human resources management of our country according to the general situation of innovation management at home and abroad, trying to put forward the innovation strategy and measures of human resources management.
