本文对采用简单正弦波脉冲电流的低压硬质氧化工艺过程中冷却要求进行了讨论,这种低压脉冲电流是由一个60赫兹正弦波交流电压叠加一个数值上等于交流电压振幅的直流电压而形成的。本文对低压阳极氧化工艺的生产率进行了详尽的分析;对低压和高压两种硬质阳极氧化工艺也进行了对比。
This paper discusses the cooling requirements for a low-pressure hard-anodized process using a simple sinusoidal pulsed current formed by superimposing a 60 Hz sine-wave AC voltage with a DC voltage numerically equal to the AC voltage amplitude . In this paper, a detailed analysis of the productivity of the low-pressure anodization process is also made. Comparing the two hard anodizing processes, the low-pressure and high-pressure processes are also compared.
