双能CT在头部CTA成像时可以去骨。本研究的目的是比较双能直接去骨法CTA(DE-BR-CTA)和DSA的结果。12例颅内动脉瘤和(或)ICA狭窄病人行双能CT检查。用双能数据库后处理软件选择性去除骨骼组织,分析评价去骨及未去骨的三维重建图像并与DSA图像比较。12例均采用双能去骨法CT血管成像并获得成功,其中10例去骨效果良好,其CTA MIP图像可评估血管情况;2例去骨效果中等,有少量残余骨,但不影响三维成像效果。
Dual-energy CT can be deboned during CTA imaging of the head. The purpose of this study was to compare the results of dual energy direct deboning CTA (DE-BR-CTA) and DSA. Twelve cases of intracranial aneurysms and / or ICA stenosis patients underwent dual-CT examination. Bone tissue was selectively removed using dual-energy database post-processing software. The three-dimensional reconstruction images of deboned and non-deboned bone were analyzed and compared with DSA images. Twelve cases were successfully treated with dual-energy debridement CT angiography. Among them, 10 cases had good deboning effect, and CTA MIP images could evaluate the vascular condition. Two cases had moderate deboning effect and a few residual bone but did not affect the three-dimensional imaging effect .
